

Nothing Says Morning Like a Mushroom Coffee Latte

Ingredientes:
- 1 cucharada de Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee+
- 1 taza de agua caliente
- 1/2 taza de tu leche favorita (de almendras, de coco, de soja o
lácteos) - 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco o ghee
- 1/2 cucharadita de canela
- 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
- 1 cucharadita de miel o jarabe de arce (opcional, para endulzar)
- Una pizca de sal marina
Brew Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee:
Take one cup of hot water (not boiling) and add one scoop of Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee. Stir well until the coffee is fully dissolved.
Heat the Milk:
In a separate saucepan, heat your choice of milk over medium heat. Be careful not to let it boil; you just want it to be warm.
Blend:
In a blender, combine the brewed mushroom coffee, heated milk, coconut oil or ghee, cinnamon, vanilla extract (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend until frothy:
Blend the mixture on high speed for about 20-30 seconds or until it becomes frothy and well combined.
Pour and Enjoy:
Pour the mushroom latte into your favorite mug. You can sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish if you like.
