Black Friday & Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

I. Sweepstakes Period

The “Everyday Dose Black Friday Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on October 31, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 6, 2026. The random drawing for Refund Prizes will occur on or about January 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Weekly Cash Drawings: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct weekly random drawings on or about each Monday (November 3, 10, 17, 24, and December 1, 2025) to select approximately seven (7) Cash Winners per week, for a total of thirty (30) Cash Winners overall (e.g., 7 winners on each of the first four Mondays and 2 winners on the final Monday). Eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the Sunday immediately preceding each weekly drawing will be included in that week’s drawing; non-selected entries will carry over to subsequent weekly drawings and the final Refund drawing.

II. Sponsor

Everyday Dose, Inc., 8015 Burleson Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78744 (the “Sponsor”).

III. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska; 21+ in Mississippi) at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible.

IV. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

V. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter via either method below. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Promotion Period, regardless of method.

Purchase Entry (Automatic):
Make a qualifying purchase of an Everyday Dose Starter Kit + Creamer on everydaydose.com during the Promotion Period. Upon successful order submission, you will receive one (1) automatic entry. (Purchases are subject to the Discount Terms in Section XIII and standard site terms.)

Mail-In Entry (no purchase):
On a 3" × 5" card, handwrite: “Everyday Dose Black Friday Giveaway,” your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and date of birth. Mail in a standard-size envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 6, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope; mechanically reproduced, bulk, or automated entries are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

VI. Prizes, Quantities & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total Winners: 130. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Refunded Order Prizes (100 winners):
Each “Refund Winner” will receive a full refund of the amount actually paid (including standard shipping and sales tax, if any) for one (1) qualifying Starter Kit + Creamer order placed during the Promotion Period on everydaydose.com and linked to the winner’s entry (the “Refund”). Refund will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 6–8 weeks after winner verification. ARV of each Refund Prize is approximately $32 USD (based on average qualifying order value). If a Refund Winner did not make a qualifying purchase, that winner will receive a $32 USD cash prize (delivered via digital payment or check, at Sponsor’s discretion) as an alternate prize.

Cash Prizes (30 winners):
Each “Cash Winner” will receive $100 USD. For winners with an eligible order shipping during the Promotion Period, Sponsor may include a $100 bill in the order package; if inclusion is impracticable (e.g., order canceled, shipment lost, address issues) or the winner is a non-purchaser, Sponsor will deliver $100 via digital payment or check, at Sponsor’s discretion. ARV: $100 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $5,800 USD (varies based on qualifying order totals).
All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated as included are the sole responsibility of each winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. No substitution, assignment, or transfer permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

Weekly Cash Winners: On or about each Monday of the Promotion Period (Nov 3, 10, 17, 24, and Dec 1, 2025), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the immediately preceding Sunday to select potential Cash Winners for that week (approximately seven (7) per week, thirty (30) total across the Promotion Period). Non-selected entries roll over to subsequent weekly drawings and the final Refund drawing.

Refund Winners: On or about December 10, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select 100 potential Refund Winners.

Notifications: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or SMS (if provided) and must respond within 48 hours of the time notice was sent, completing any required affidavit/eligibility documents. If a potential winner fails to respond in time, is ineligible, declines a prize, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among remaining eligible entries.

Providing a mobile number is optional and used solely for winner notifications; marketing consent is not required to enter or win.

For Refund Winners, Sponsor may require order verification (e.g., order number, name and email used at checkout) and will process any refund to the original form of payment; if the original payment method is unavailable or non-refundable (e.g., expired card, BNPL provider policies), Sponsor may issue the refund by check or digital payment in its discretion. Refund amount will equal only the net amount actually charged, including standard shipping and sales tax.

VIII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

IX. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, notifications, or communications, or for any technical errors of any kind.

X. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice or compensation. Sponsor may publish only first name and last initial in winner lists.

XI. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas; and (b) these Official Rules and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

XII. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein and as needed to administer this Sweepstakes.

XIII. Discount Terms (Separately Available Offer)

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor may offer “61% OFF Starter Kit + Free Creamer” on everydaydose.com. This discount is a separate promotional offer and is not a prize. Offer valid 10/31/2025–12/1/2025 CT, while supplies last, cannot be combined with other discounts, and is subject to change or cancellation at Sponsor’s discretion. XIV. Winner List

For a list of winners (available approximately two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 30, 2026, to:

XV. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time, including to comply with applicable law or address circumstances affecting the Sweepstakes’ integrity or operation, without prior notice.
