Absolutely! We recommend 1-2 cups a day as two cups of Dose still has less caffeine than a normal cup of coffee. More Dose just means more benefits!

For Coffee+ there's 45mg of caffeine per serving, for Coffee+ Medium Roast there's 90mg of caffeine per serving, and for the Matcha, there's 40mg of caffeine per serving.

We use Collagen Protein in our formula because it has an amazing amino acid profile and works to give you the best hair, skin and nails.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as vegan collagen – its b.s. marketing.

With just 20 calories, it's totally fasting-friendly. Of course, we all have our own theories on the matter, but as long as you're sticking to the golden rule of 50 calories or less, you're good to go!
