I’ve tried both the original blend and the medium roast of Everyday Dose and I’m honestly blown away. As someone who’s very very very sensitive to caffeine, this mushroom coffee is the only coffee that gives me focus and clarity without the cortisol crash or the heart rate spike I used to get with regular coffee.

I love DOSE! I have hypertension and other cortisol related issues. I was told to give up my 2 Trenta cold brew a day habit , or risk being placed on additional medication. I would drink so much coffee, but all it gave me was a terrible ulcer, adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue.
I gave up all caffeine, and moved to 1 cup of DOSE daily. Now I sleep at night, rather than having the jitters. When I am awake in the day, I feel rejuvenated and optimistic!
