Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The #DoseOfThanks Challenge Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Everyday Dose Inc, 8015 Burleson Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas (“Sponsor” or “Everyday Dose”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on November 20, 2025 at 11:59 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on November 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

A. Facebook Group Entry
During the Promotion Period:

1. Log into your Facebook account.

2. Visit the Everyday Dose Members Facebook Group.

3. Make a new post in the Group sharing three things you’re thankful for this year that Everyday Dose helped spark, support, or inspire — one big, one small, and one unexpected.

4. Include #DoseOfThanks and #Sweepstakes in your post so Sponsor can find your entry.

Photos/videos are allowed but not required. Your post must remain visible in the Group until winners are confirmed.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (No Facebook Required)
During the Promotion Period, email hi@everydaydose.com with the subject line “#DoseOfThanks Sweepstakes Entry” and include:

• Full name

• Age

• City and state of residence

• Three things you’re thankful for this year that Everyday Dose helped spark, support, or inspire (one big, one small, one unexpected)

Each valid Facebook post or email that meets these rules counts as one (1) entry.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person total, regardless of method. Multiple entries, use of multiple accounts, or automated entries may result in disqualification.

5. Content Rules

Entries must be your own original content and must not be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate, or violate any third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property). Sponsor may disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, violates these rules or community standards.

6. Donation to Feeding America

For every eligible entry received during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will donate $5.00 USD to Feeding America, up to a maximum total donation of $1,500 USD. After 300 eligible entries, no additional donation amounts will accrue, though the Sweepstakes may continue until the end of the Promotion Period.

The donation is made by Sponsor to Feeding America. Entrants do not receive a tax deduction or charitable receipt. Feeding America is not a sponsor of or responsible for this Sweepstakes.

7. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $200 Visa e-gift card (subject to issuer terms and conditions).

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,000 USD.

No cash or other substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about December 1, 2025, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by:

• Facebook direct message & post (for Group entries), or

• Email (for email entries),

using the contact details associated with their entry, within about five (5) business days after the drawing.

Potential winners may be required to respond within 72 hours and/or complete and return any requested eligibility/liability/publicity forms where allowed by law. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines a prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, blocked, or undeliverable communications.

10. Taxes

All taxes and any other costs associated with accepting and using the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

11. Rights to Use Entries & Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your entry (including text, photos, or videos), and to use your name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later developed, for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation, where permitted by law.

This may include reposting entries on Everyday Dose’s social media, website, or email.

12. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

13. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or causes of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) technical failures; (b) human or printing errors; or (c) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use of a prize.

14. Facebook / Meta

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not Facebook. By entering, you fully release Facebook from any claims related to this Sweepstakes. Direct any questions to Sponsor, not Facebook.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor solely for administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, legal/compliance purposes, and as described in these Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.everydaydose.com/pages/privacy-policy-1

Contact information collected solely for this Sweepstakes will not be used for marketing emails or text messages unless you separately opt in through another Everyday Dose channel.

17. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be postmarked by January 15, 2026 and received by January 31, 2026. Sponsor may also announce winners (first name, last initial, and general location) in the Facebook Group.
