Everyday Dose Birthday Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

I. Sweepstakes Period

The “Everyday Dose Birthday Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on January 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 15, 2026 and received by February 21, 2026. The random drawing for Refund Prizes will occur on or about February 21, 2026.

II. Sponsor

Everyday Dose, Inc., 8015 Burleson Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78744 (the “Sponsor”).

III. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska; 21+ in Mississippi) at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible.

IV. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

V. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter via either method below. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Promotion Period, regardless of method.

Purchase Entry (Automatic):
Make a qualifying purchase of an Everyday Dose Starter Kit + 5 Free To-Go Stick Packs on everydaydose.com during the Promotion Period. Upon successful order submission, you will receive one (1) automatic entry. (Purchases are subject to the Discount Terms in Section XIII and standard site terms.)

Mail-In Entry (no purchase):
On a 3" × 5" card, handwrite: “Everyday Dose Birthday Giveaway,” your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and date of birth. Mail in a standard-size envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 15,  2026 and received by February 21, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope; mechanically reproduced, bulk, or automated entries are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

VI. Prizes, Quantities & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total Winners: 5. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Cash Prizes (5 winners):
Each “Cash Winner” will receive $500 USD. For winners with an eligible order shipping during the Promotion Period, Sponsor may include a $500 bill in the order package; if inclusion is impracticable (e.g., order canceled, shipment lost, address issues) or the winner is a non-purchaser, Sponsor will deliver $500 via digital payment or check, at Sponsor’s discretion. ARV: $500 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $2,500 USD.

All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated as included are the sole responsibility of each winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. No substitution, assignment, or transfer permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

Cash Winners: On or about February 21, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the immediately preceding Sunday to select 5 potential Cash Winners for this promotion.

Notifications: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or SMS (if provided) and must respond within 48 hours of the time notice was sent, completing any required affidavit/eligibility documents. If a potential winner fails to respond in time, is ineligible, declines a prize, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among remaining eligible entries.

Providing a mobile number is optional and used solely for winner notifications; marketing consent is not required to enter or win.

VIII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

IX. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, notifications, or communications, or for any technical errors of any kind.

X. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice or compensation. Sponsor may publish only first name and last initial in winner lists.

XI. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas; and (b) these Official Rules and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

XII. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein and as needed to administer this Sweepstakes.

XIII. Discount Terms (Separately Available Offer)

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor may offer “55% OFF Starter Kit + Free 5 To-Go Stick Packs” on everydaydose.com. This discount is a separate promotional offer and is not a prize. Offer valid 1/9/2026–1/31/2026 CT, while supplies last, cannot be combined with other discounts, and is subject to change or cancellation at Sponsor’s discretion. XIV. Winner List

For a list of winners (available approximately two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by February 15, 2026, to:

XV. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time, including to comply with applicable law or address circumstances affecting the Sweepstakes’ integrity or operation, without prior notice.
